What causes my skin to have sleep marks?
Heads are very heavy! While awake, we support and move our heads. While asleep, we become immobile and any irregularity in the surface we recline on may become “imprinted” temporarily onto the skin. Sleeping face up can reduce this, as does sleeping on pillows that do not wrinkle or fold.
