Can I return an item bought from one of your stores without a receipt?

RETURNS WITH NO RECEIPT – Customers who do not have a receipt will be offered an exchange or gift card based on the lowest selling price of the item(s) at the store level within the last 45 days, factoring in all promotions, discounts and offers. The same rules apply for e-commerce returns without a receipt and will be returned based on the lowest selling price at the store level.
