Have I been charged for my order more than once?

If you have tried to place the same order more than once, you may have placed more than one order. Please check whether you have received more than one order confirmation email (this may take up to 1-2 working day), or if you have an account you can also check the status of your order(s) by visiting “Latest Orders” which you can find under “My Account” after you have logged in.

You will only be charged once for your order. However, there may occasionally be some cases in which the hold on funds in your account that ensures they are available for us to take payment for your order, has been issued more than once. If this is the case, as soon as we take payment for your order, any hold on your account will be released.
