Has my order been placed?

We’ve had some technical issues on our website recently which means you may not have been able to place your order. The issues are fixed now, but if you haven’t received a confirmation email after placing your order (may take up to 1-2 working days), we’re really sorry but your order was not successful. Don’t worry, you won't have been charged.

You can also get the status of your order by visiting “Latest Orders” which you can find under “My Account” after you have logged in. If your order has been placed successfully, you will see it here.
