Where is my order?

When you place an order you will get a confirmation email (please note this can take up to 1-2 working day so don't panic!)

We’ve had some technical issues on our website recently which means you may not have been able to place your order. The issues are fixed now, but if you haven’t received a confirmation email 1-2 working day after placing your order, we’re sorry but your order was not successful. You would not have been charged for this order.

To track the progress of your order visit: My Orders in the "My Account" section, as shown below.



Select the order you want to track. If an order has already been shipped, you can click "Tracking Number" for that order to find out when to expect delivery.

Please Note: If you do not have an account and checked out out as a guest, you will need to wait for your order confirmation email to track your order.

*Due to current circumstances deliveries are taking longer to be delivered. The health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is our utmost priority and we have put in place measures, including a social distancing plan, to protect individuals working in our distribution centres, which may slow processing.
